I am a regular customer at the Nandos in Ladysmith,
At least twice a week and spend close on R200 at a time.
I have purchased food there the last few times, and I seem to be always having problems.
my Latest issue was that my order was incorrect,
I ordered a hot half a chicken and got 2 legs,
Further I asked for well done and was not done at all.
The chicken also had no taste was bland, dry and tasted
nothing like Nandos,
I eat at Nandos Musgrave Centre Durban and the quality difference is huge,
I hope some improved standards can be implemented and some staff training.
Sadly this is not my first complaint.
