Last week on Monday, 2 August 2013, I wrote a complaint about how we received a "full chicken" with missing pieces, i.e., the drumstick and thigh, from Nandos Florida Road on 30 July 2013. Nandos issued its standard response with a note that the Manager of the responsible Nandos branch would contact us within 48 hours and to date we have not been contacted by the said Manager.
Poor, poor service considering that we paid for something we did not get.
