Yesterday I ordered two quarter chicken meals through the drive through. I literally pleaded with the lady taking the order to make sure that there is extra basting sauce on the chicken, when I get home, I was so shocked at the meal I received. The chicken was dry as if it never had any sauce on it anyway, not even during preparation. I also ordered a thigh and breast piece, and they gave me two thigh pieces. This is the second time this has happened at this Nando's and both times when using the drive through. I googled the number to report this to the manager, however i get through to the Midway mews branch, and the lady tells me that Sandridge does not have a telephone, and the only way is to drive back there. This is definetly the worst Nandos ever, and I dont advise people to use this drive through. Really disappointing that this is the service received from a big name like Nandos. Really pathetic!!!
