Appalled at attitude of staff

Decided to have dinner at Kung-fu kitchen (Mall@reds) last night. Restaurant wasn't busy though service was slow. I ordered a mixed seafood chow mein, and it was not long and I had bitten into a prawn that was rotten, mushy, the taste was awful and it smelled bad. My waiter was no where in sight, and when he did appear after a while I was already annoyed with service received from him. I explained to him what was wrong with my meal and he called the manageress, and so another long wait till she came, I had explained to her what was wrong and she just looked at me as if I was talking nonsense, I asked her to smell it, she did and took the plate with her to the kitchen. When she returned she said she would cancel my order. After this incident the waiter hadn't even come back AT ALL to attend to us, so I went to the till to pay. The manageress was behind the till so I asked for the bill and a take away box for my friend who was also dining with me. She reached behind her and had taken a dirty, sticky box from the dusty shelf to put the food in, and was rude to me because I had complained about the rotten food being served. This treatment is unacceptable, I wont be dining there EVER.
