Last night like many other nights we visited this Spur with our two kids. I ordered a salad & found what seemed to be massive hairball in it. Without making a scene i showed the waiter who called a supervisor who then called the Manageress. She first told the Supervisor to get out of her sight and then proceeded to tell me that it definitely wasn't hair from her kitchen and she would send it away for investigation. There was nothing CLOSE to an apology from her which i thought was weird. She asked me if i would like something else and i ordered a starter nachos. When we got the bill we saw it hadn't been added and assumed that this was a token of regret for the incident. HOWEVER when my husband went to pay this 'MANAGER' proceeded to enquire in front of him why this wasn't added to the bill. The waiter explained that the supervisor had said it shouldn't go on. She wasn't too happy about it and said it should have been charged (this all in front of us). I cannot believe that a) you have someone running a restaurant who is so unprofessional and b) retaining loyal customers is not worth the price of a starter after such a SICKENING experience... I will never set my foot in there again.
