Was in Umhlanga, entertaining a foreign friend (FRENCH) that was visiting me, we decided to try out the restaurant. It was Mothers Day, 11/05/13 and had a good vibe. Waited a while to be seated and thereafter waited 30minutes for our order to be taken. Guests next to us, arrived later - had 2 waiters to their table. Was served their meal before ours and then i flagged our waiter, only to be told it wont be long. Waited in total 1 hour for the food, only for my burger to be served complete RAW. Manager was advised, his response "its human error" do you want another. Didnt want to chance it, so avoided. So much of inconsistency, they forgot the salad too. Asked for the owner, only to be told he is busy and will see me shortly. Waited another 30 minutes and then was told he was busy. I walked up to the kitchen and asked for him directly, only for him to speak to me from inside the kitchen and refused to come out. His response was negative and unsympathetic only for him to raise his voice at me. Refusing to accept responsibility and show any concern to the situation. Will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN and will definitely spread the word of this and his disgusting attitude and lever of service!
