Dissapointing service from KFC Broadacres

I ordered from KFC Broadacres and only received half my order, after discovering this i tried to call them to rectify the problem and finally got through after the 10th time of the phone ringing. I asked to speak to the manager. I then sat listening to the everybody in KFC arguing about where the manager is, eventually after some time and no response from the people arguing on the other end of the phone i put the phone down and tried to call back. the phone is still engaged an hour later.
