I called Nando's Broadacres and placed and order for delivery at 18:25 and more than two hours later I am still waiting for delivery. I spent more money calling and holding on the line twice. First I was told after an hour that's the driver just left, a further half an hour later I had to call back and the manager did not make himself available, to only be told the driver had a problem with his vehicle. Given that this could be a possibility does Nando's not owe it to their customers to keep them informed. Thank you Nandos for spoiling my appetite with my lack of supper tonight, very professional.
