I went to Ocean Basket to buy haloumi. The store was about to close so I decided to eat in the food court. I took my first bite and noticed that the halos I was terribly salty .i know that generally haloumi is salty but this was undeniable. I took the haloumi back the waiter told me I needed to speak to the manger which I did.i asked for it to be remade. He refused, saying that that is how haloumi should be .being dissatisfied I asked for a refund he told me he will not refund me as this is what I ordered .he then asked me to leave as the store was closed. I dint get a refund or replacement. I left the unedible haloumi with the manager. I know how haloumi should taste as I am a huge haloumi fan.is this how ocean basket treat customers? It is pathetic! I won't recommend this store to anyone! Very unhappy
