Left a BAD taste in my mouth!

On the 4th of January 2014, me and my family set out for a farewell dinner as I was leaving for JHB the next day. Firstly, we were ignored when we arrived, I had to look for a waiter to ask to be seated. Drinks orders were taken and arrived. We ordered our respective food selections at 19:45, our food arrived in dribs and drabs at 21:15 onward, the last order arriving at 21:45! My dad ordered the grilled fish- which arrived FRIED and with reheated chips. Everyone's chips was of the reheated variety. I had ordered the avo and haloumi wrap- which tasted NOTHING like the one I had tasted at your Walmer Park branch, the avo was hard and the haloumi was rubbery. The floor manager was informed and all he said he'd do was talk to the kitchen manager. Nothing was done to compensate for our awful experience, no apologies to my family for the lack of service and poor quality of food. Needless to say Dulce's at the Boardwalk won't ever see me or my family again. They should take a page out of their Walmer Park branch with regard to service and quality of food.
