Total mess up

We took friends of ours to Ocean Basket Irene Mall (4 adults & 3 children) on Saturday evening. We waited 45 minutes for our food. 1st order (Calamari main) came to table and was ice cold. 2nd order (Platter for 1) came to the table with no fish on the dish (asked the waiter and she said it was under the other food, it was NOT). 3rd order (calamari starter with extra rice and extra prawns) came to the table without the prawns. 4th order (haloumi starter) came back colder than it should be and was eventually not eaten coz it was tough and not soft. 1st order came back a second time exactly as it was, cold. The manager then fetched it to warm it up, but we ended up cancelling the order. 2nd order was not returned, they ended up bringing a piece of fish halfway through the meal in a desert bowl. Basically we all ended up eating at different times and we could not enjoy our meal at all having to fight and send back the whole time. Mngr (Marco) came down from upst to try and salvage what was left of the evening (thank you Marco), but unfortunately the damage is done! The downst mngr or waiter made no effort to salvage the relationship! Not good after such a massive increase on your menu!!!
