Went to the Primi Branch in eastgate at around 20h00, had a decent vibe not to busy or quite.
Jimmy served us and was friendly with a great attitude. we had a total of three waiters serving our table which was nice but none of the waiters spoke to each other. Took over 30 minutes to get the food but it was worth it.
We figured since there was only one Barman, there must have been one Chef...
We guess the following is Prichard? Prechard?
The waiter that brought our drinks had a bad attitude because when he took our order we said keep the ice and the whiskey separate, the glass came with the whiskey diluted in a full glass of ice. I wish I could have taken a picture of his reaction when we asked him why is it mixed.
When Prichard or Prechard brought our food, my wife ordered a Recco Linguine and I Recco Pollo Linguine the plates should look identical except one has Chicken. my wife got pasta on a plate with no garnish which adds flavor to this dish. when I asked the waiter why it doesn't have his response was "I don't know" and walked away...
Might seem like a petty post to put but being at all of your branches in joburg, the service from Prechard was very disappointing
