On Friday, 20 September 2013, at 1pm a group of 4 of us went to Ninos. One person ordered a burfee milkshake and was told that they do not serve it, We asked why it is on the menu and the waiter could not reply. The order was changed to an Almond milkshake, now ordered by two people on our table... and a vegetarian basket for all of us. The waiter returned to say that they do not have the almond milkshake and haloumi cheese for the veg basket. We were now very annoyed and 2 of us wanted to leave but the other 2 did not because they felt that it was too far to walk to another restaurant. While we were deciding what to do, the waiter came back to say that they now have the haloumi cheese. We asked for the manager. She came to our table and apologised stating that the suppliers where late with their deliveries. We where certainly not convinced nor pleased with that excuse. Is it the supplier or the person ordering stock for the restaurant? We really enjoy eating at Ninos but our first time at the Liberty Mall branch certainly was not a pleasant experience
and gives us no reason to want to go there again. It was most annoying to continuously go back to the menu to change our orders.
