After ordering drinks we wanted sushi manager came to the table and couldn't take the order for some odd reason. After waiting a hour an 10 mins the half our order arrived with no plates chopsticks etc another 10 mins passed and the rest came it was not good at all the rice under cooked made it hard to sallow after calling the store manager who had just been hiding at the food pass for the hour and a half I was waiting for my order. He simply told me it's not for him to deal with that's what his floor manager is for. I have never seen this I'm my life being in the industry myself for nearly 8 years now!! I will never support that branch again it's ridiculous what service you get as a paying customer and then management just done care.
