Ignoring online orders

Just before 18:00 yesterday, I placed an online order at the Elarduspark branch.
After placing my order, your website displayed a confirmation, saying that my order would be ready in 15 minutes.
I also received an SMS: "Your order has been received by our Elarduspark store."
I drove there and arrived at the time that my order apparently would have been ready.
The glass doors were closed, but there one was slightly open and I went in.
There were two people behind the counter - a white gentleman and a black lady.
I told them that I had placed an online order; they said something like, "Uhhh..." and asked me what I had ordered - then the gentleman picked up a slip from the counter and read my order to me.
The black lady was extremely snooty and, without looking in my direction, just said: "We closed long ago."
So I stood there and they both ignored me.
After a while I said, "Is that it? "
The black lady (again, without looking in my direction) just said: "Yes."
They did not APOLOGISE once.
They did receive my order - why didn't they phone me to tell me that they had "closed"?
What pathetic service!
Would Debonairs at least refund me my petrol money? I drove 5km there and 5km back.
