I am disgusted and frustrated at the service i received at debonairs isipingo express. i placed an order telephonically at 19:15 and the lady advised that it will be ready at 19:30, was at the shop by 19:25 so waited another 10min. i asked the lady if my order was ready she said its still in the oven, waited till 20:00 then she advised that my order was given to someone else, she said i must wait another 4min and they will have my order, which obviously didn't happen. I had only received my order at 20:20 at this time i lost my appetite and frustrated at the appalling service. The staff did not know what they were doing, DUDU the lady at the front was terrible at her job, while clients were placing there orders she tells them to hold on and goes to the back. There was no manager or any supervisor to deal with the clients. I will definitely not be ordering from debonairs again and will and must spread the bad service received.
