Ordered two pizzas over the Internet. Paid via visa for my order (R155.80). At 6.35 I received SMS confirmation from the branch. At 7.19 I phone the branch to check on the status of my order. I am told that the order had not been processed due to them not having paper in the printer (as if that has anything to do with an online order??). I informed the manager that I would be expecting my pizza for free as they would only be starting the production now. The manager continued to cut me off during the expressing of my dismay with an excuse that he could not do so as it had not been enough time since the confirmation of the order (already 46 minutes since the official confirmation). I told the manager to rather cancell my order as I cannot wait a further 40 minutes for pizza. I was given attitude on multiple different, unacceptable levels. If SMS confirmation stating the accepting of orders is not official, must I really follow up every online order with a phone call? Heck no! I want my transaction reversed.
