Booked a table for 12 at 8pm new years eve... was never told at time of booking that kitchen closes at 9pm..arrived on time and still not informed about the deadline... 20h45 told by waiter we must place our orders urgently... I never recieved my starter and when I complained, was told by waiter to speak to manager as kitchen staff were not working with him. My main meal arrived and I had to again ask for the manager. She informed me" my starter was available if I still wanted to nibble". This whilst I had a plate of food in front of me. The single worst and most arrogant experience I have ever had. Will definitely promote this resturant as the worst ever and inform everyone to stay away at every oppurtunity
