Everybody use to compliment the Kaprinos restaurant but the service I received today from the branch in belgravia is unacceptable. The cashier did not approach us in a decent way.the things that we wanted to order from the menu was not avaiaible.after a half an hour half of the order that we've placed came only to find there was not the specific that we've ordered and already paid for.on top of that a waiter seated us by a dirty table which was not even cleaned at all.we had to ask for it to be clean.iwhile the cashier assiting us she kept conversation with the kitchen staff in between. First impressions count and what I have experienced here is very very bad. Train your staff and taught them how to applogize if they are wrong of they don't have something that is unavailable. The people in this store is unproffesional
