False and no advertisment, poor response

Myself and my family went to kaprinos for Eid lunch as they advertised that they have R99 buffet till end of October. when we got there we found out that it isnt R99 but R170. to save embarassement i paid the differance cause i told my mother that she dont need to make anything as she's old. but thinking i will that this up with them the following day. the responce i got from kaprinos was pathetic, firstly they said there is no need to advertise the differance is price, so that is false advertisement as they stated R99 till end of october. and 2nd i was told that when my wife made the booking there was telecommunication that she was informed about the difference, when i asked for the proof after i was told the matter was inverstigated, only then they saw there was no proof and i have not received any proof. i was also told that i could have refused to pay when we found out about the price, this is Eid lunch. and this coming from a muslim owned business, disappointed in the reaction and email that i received. what i can say is that NEVER will i take my family there again.. ill advise anyone not to go there if you planning to suprize your mother, gran mother or wife
