Head Bobbing Attitude

I understand working on Christmas Day is not ideal, but bad attitude with a combination of alcohol is no excuse especially when you are working with people and most importantly with FOOD! Firstly, the cashier, Elizabeth (21) stared at me with such disrespect that the lady infront of me turned around and asked what was her problem. Secondly, when I asked her for tomatoe sauce and chilli salt that was not in my huge order, she threw it in the brown paper packet. Thirdly, when I asked her for an extra chilli salt, she shouted at me in a shop full of clients (the waiting line was more than 1hour), wobbling her head at me as she was explaining some rules and regulations ALL FOR AN EXTRA CHILLI SALT. Not only was she embarassing me, but she is an embarassment to the KFC brand. I really think she needs serious client service training. TRANS# 267979 DOC# IN0016T003202261 ProTill 3 (3.147.28)
