My husband and i made the unfortunate decision to have our meal at Mikes Kitchen. We arrived and placed our drinks order which included water with ice, we were served our water but was told they do not have any ice. We then place our main order, I ordered a mussel pot and my husband order steak.10min later I'm told that they do not have any mussels so I should reorder, which I did. Then my husbands order comes but its well done when he asked for medium. At this point I still have not received order, when I finally do its just a piece of fillet with no baked potatoe like I ordered, I am them told that they forgot to tell me that they don't have any potatoes so they decided to just serve me thefillet. When i ask to speak to the manager Jackie Nqatha says that she told the waiter to inform me, which is all fine well but whats thepoint in telling me when i have already received half my meal. I did not stay for my meal. I don't understand why you bother to be opened when half your stock is not available... PATHETIC...
