Arrived at Stonehaven on New Year's Day. Asked if we could sit by the pool to be told by the Manager: "Yes, but good luck in getting someone to serve you". Eventually got a table in the restaurant. Ordered drinks and main meal. Drinks came quickly but we had to wait and hour and a half for the food to arrive. One order was wrong out of 5 (missing veggies). When we asked about the 6th meal (my wife's) we were told that they we not preparing that today. My wife had to order another meal which came quickly (Chicken Salad). Received my veggies only to find a dead fly in it. Not sure if we got charged for the fly or not. Not the best experience from such a highly rated establishment.
