"Manager thinks he is the customer"

I went to Squires on Christmas day. We placed our order when our drinks arrived (15 min from sitting down). We waited about 45 min before I approached the manager to find out where our food was. He said he will check & came back with my order slip to say that I ordered only 30 mins ago. Not sure what the waiter was doing for 15 mins. We order kiddies meal, pensioners meal & a starter which we told the waiter that it was part of main meal. When I told the manager that I was not happy with the way we were been treated, he argued with me & said he was happy with the service. Others around us had come after us finished their food & even paid & was leaving & our food did not even arrive. Our meals then started to arrive in drip & drabs. They did not even have the pensioners meal ready as it came last after again asking where it was. They even got one meal totally wrong & brought the wrong steak then when they brought the correct one, it was a rare steak (ordered well done). Service was disgusting to say the least & the manager's attitude was beyond ridiculous. Reported to Wild Coast management & emailed Sun International but have not received any reply. Totally disgusted.
