My wife and myself went for lunch to the Dros in Three Rivers, Vereeniging on 1/5/2013 to have the red wine steak. My wife highly recommended the meal as she had eaten it in Vanderbijlpark previously. We were seated at Table 102 and served by the waiter named Errol. Errol took our drink and food order. When the meal was served I noticed that there was no red wine sauce for either of our meals. Errol rushed back to the kitchen and when he returned said that there was no red wine sauce available. I expressly ordered the red wine steaks!!! Errol should have advised us that the sauce was not available when we put in our order. We were disappointed but decided to eat the meal regardless. The cut of meat myself and my wife ordered was served incorrectly. I received a sirloin steak that was medium when in fact I ordered rump medium to rare. My wife received rump medium to rare when in fact she ordered sirloin medium to well done. The service after our meals were served was non existent. Our waiter did nor attend our table once until we finished eating and asked for the bill. The manager was no where to be seen and did not once walk through the restaurant to make sure all was in order.
