Our team went for lunch today at Steak & Ale Umhlanga. At 12:30 we gave our orders and inform our waiter that we need to get back to the office. Order was about 18 ppl. At 1:30 we ask our waiter how long is it going to be still. Took an hour to do the order and we had to rush eating. The restaurant wasn't busy at that moment. They added automatic the tip. Some food was charge but never came.
