We went to Spur for lunch. They took us to a table, we sat for quite some time with no one coming to take our order. After waiting very long we got up to call someone. The waiter took the order & repeated it to make sure he has the correct order & it was 100% . We waited quite a while for the beverages to show up to find that the kiddies milkshake was sour. The food then came 1 by 1.A beef schnitchel was ordered they brought a chicken one, the kiddies meal's chips was off and the waiter then had the nerve to come us saying you didn't order anything right sir? He then said he ordered a peppermelt steak the waiter checked his note pad & said yes that's right medium rare. The schnitchel and off chips has been returned to the kitchen. The stand in manager came and said they have a shortage of staff after we called her. After waiting how long the schnitchel and kiddies chips still hasn't arrived and they pitched up with a cheddarmelt steak instead of a peppermelt steak. We decided to get up and leave. The stand in manager got rude and asked us as clients what is she suppose to do if she doesn't have staff. Who's problem is that? the clients? if they don't have staff why are they open?
