Me and three friends decided to go grab some lunch at Spur. At the San Diego Spur in Worcester we got seating and placed our orders. I ordered the Portugese steak (medium done) with pumpkin and spinach the rest of my party had a portion of buffalo wings, a surf and turf and quesadillas respectively. From taking the orders the waiter seemed a bit unorganised and kept coming back to confirmed details about the order he should've taken down in the first place. The order all together took longer than expected but the waiter came back saying they were just busy cleaning the grill first. When my steak came it was completely overdone chewy and dry. I explained to the waiter that I ordered medium done and not over done. He organised my a new plate but this time the steak was completely rare I also had a coke which I gave back almost immediately as it had a strong chlorine taste to it. I ask him to take everything back as I no longer felt like eating there. They knew there was a problem with the water supply but kept serving soft drinks without informing customers first, as for my steak it was a complete hash up and management had a very nonchalant attitude about the incident.
