KFC
Waited for 25 minutes: Bad service, wrong charge

My husband went to KFC Kloof to get our dinner last night. He was extremely upset for the following reasons:

1. He had to queue for 25 minutes
2. The store appeared understaffed
3. The cashier was rude
4. He was charged incorrectly, TWICE. Eventually he just paid.

For these reasons, he bought my dinner at KFC because that's what I had asked for, but went and bought his own dinner somewhere else. After such a bad experience, we will not be supporting your store again.
