Stinking Attitude from new manager at Papachinos

A Cape Town friend of mine, who also chose Papachinos as our meeting point of choice on his business trips to JHB, and myself had dinner last night with you.
Dinner was delicious, service was a bit slow but I understand that you had issues in your kitchen with gas.

Kenneth was a lovely waiter. After dinner I ordered a takeaway pizza for my husband who was sick at home.
Kenneth said he needed to check that the kitchen was open for this.
I asked him to check and send the manager if there was an issue.

45 minutes later and no manager coming to my table, we suspected that the pizza was on its way. A table next to us had just received their order so kitchen must be open.
Kenneth says to me that Clinton, your new manager had said that he had spoken to me and made us aware that the kitchen was closed and we couldn't place our order.
We never received this little visit.
As you can imagine, we are tired, my husband is hungry at home and now we have wasted 45 minutes for a non-existent pizza order.
I had to find Clinton to enquire about this. Its safe to say that I lost my cool. He was rude, arrogant and told me it wasn't his problem.
