Eating out these is a luxury for some of us and as it is Nando's is not the cheapest take away out there.
Last night I ordered 2 wraps from the drive through, firstly I waited in the queue for 30 minutes for 2 wraps and when we got to the window it still was not ready, so I had to wait further for 2 measly wraps.
When I got home to eat my dinner, imagine my surprise when I opened the box to find that whoever had made the wraps has no idea how to do this, most of the contents of the wrap were in the bottom of the one box and the other wrap was just folded together and put in the box, both wraps were stale and had no flavour whatsoever. Needless to say that my dinner was disgusting. Where is the quality control before food leaves the kitchen? Where is the passion? It seems the mentality has become that I am not paying for it so why should I care. Well I do care that I spend my hard earned money and it does upset me that the food I am paying for is terrible.
This is not the first time something like this has happened, I have just had enough of Nando's hefty prices and shocking quality!
