Cecilia's attitude and service is very bad, I waited for about 5-10 min while she stood right in front of me without helping me, went at the back for some time then came back to offer service, the worst part of it is that by that time it was just me and my friend in the store, she gave this attitude as if she knows me from somewhere. she really need to undergo a thorough customer training as it was my first time I received such service at that branch. I had to wait for Mantoa to complain first to her colleagues also before she could help me. Then I waited for Lindiwe to finish with my friend since it seems like she was the only person willing to work. Highly Disappointed.
