I went to your Galleria restaurant on 22/08 with a friend. as it was 5.40, we decided to order starters and wait for your Thursday "Eat as much as you like" special which began at 6. I asked the waiter at leat 3 times if all pizzas were part of the offer and he confirmed this was the case. I then informed him that I was vegetarian and would there be veg pizzas for me. He confirmed this as well. At 6pm, the pizzas began to arrive and my friend started to eat from the chicken pizzas available. I then waited and about 6.10pm enquired again about the veg pizzas. The waiter then went to see and came back to say that they will be served shortly. at 6.20, I asked again as my friend had already eaten 8 slices and I was still waiting... He then said that they were being put into the oven then. I then called over 2 managers to ask if no veg pizzas were part of the offer as standard. One manager said I needed to ask in advance (I informed him that I did at 5.40pm), the other manager promised to get me feedback as to why the wait was so long. I then had to call him back twice for the promised feedback. Needless to say that I was very unhappy with the service provided. I look forward to a reply
