At approximately 13:15 on the 17/12/2013. I and another customer was waiting in line @ kfc durban south africa mobeni. And another customer cut the line and I informed the customer I had been waiting and the cashier Nhlanhla who seemed to know this rude customer, said he couldn't do anything this customer was then served before me I then asked for the manager on duty her name was Nelly she was on the phone and I had to wait over 15minutes to be attended by her this I found to be highly unacceptable not only did the Cashier not take me seriously and laugh at my face the manager I also felt wasn't of much help.
