On Sunday 1 September 2013 around 16.40 I went to Chicken Licken in OR Tambo street. On arrival I noticed two cashiers one who was counting out a massive amount of coins to pay for a meal, the other cashier was busy serving a customer
The second cashier then went and had a lengthy discussion with a fellow work mate. After waiting for the discussion to end the cashier then went and passed out orders waiting for customers.
Another discussion ensured and the people behind me actually called the cashier and asked if they can place an order which was totally ignored. After another discussion the cashier and the worker from the back changed roles and then chaos ensured as no one new who was first in line.
I immediately tried to phone the customer support line 0800113635 but got no response. I then stood around for another 5 ( -) minutes and then left
Monday morning 10.00 I again phone the customer support line and the call is picked up but not answered. I could hear the typing on a keyboard in the back ground
I phoned at 10.20 and my call was cut off as it rang
