My Wife and I went to Pralina for lunch on Sunday 8th December. My Wife asked for an extra fried egg on her meal she ordered. The waiter first brought the meal without the egg. We then very politely asked to send it back and bring the fried egg. The waiter then returned with scrambled egg and not the fired egg. My wife then walked inside to find the manager to complain. She explained the situation to the manager, and asked to remove it off the bill as she did not want the meal anymore. As she walked out, the Owner, some foreigner man who can hardly speak English, said " What a " When my Wife asked him if he called her a he denied it, but he said it loud enough for her to hear it.
We immediately paid the bill and started walking out. The same owner came and stood at the door of his restaurant smoking a cigarette and glared at us as though he was saying " what are you going to do about it" My wife found him to very aggressive.
I will never use this restaurant again, and I beg anyone seen this to never use them. You might just be called a to your face.
