Shocking Service

We booked at Piatto Ushaka for a Christmas Party and explained that we were attending the Dolphins by Starlight before supper. When we arrived it would appear the booking was never noted. We were placed around a corner outside. We asked if we could move inside and were assured it could be arranged but never happened. Things went from bad to worse, one of our groups dinner arrived a good 10 to 15 minutes after our meals arrived (no explanation), potato served instead of spinach (no explanation until questioned, answer ran out of spinach) cold food, no toilet paper in the ladies toilet, gents toilet leaking and floors all under water. Really we spent close on R2300 at your restaurant and must say am totally disappointed. The holiday season is upon us and I recommend that you get your house in order. I very much doubt that I would go back.
