On fri 08/11/13 my wife and i visited the restaurant and waited for over 50 mins before the main meal was eventually received! it was rather upsetting having to wait that long, and only after i requested for a manager was i then told that my meal was on its way! when the meal did arrive, which was suppose to have been a Jalapeno Fillet with "crispy" bacon, was rather quite the OPPOSITE of "crispy"! it looked RAW and i was rather disgusted upon seeing that! waiting for almost an hour is upsetting, but then on the same token, having your food delivered when its not up to standards is something else! my wife and i then got up called for the manager who approached us very arrogantly! he had the audacity to not even apologise to us for the pathetic service that we experienced! the manager was more interested in rather finding out what time the order was placed rather than empathising with a customer! there was no way i was going to eat that pathetic food or whatever you want to call it! i then asked for the bill and was shocked when the manager then billed me for the entire meal when all i had was cold drink and a starter! This guy needs to be trained on customer service!! DISGUSTED!!!
