My husband and I went to Mugg and Bean, I ordered Lamb chops, they were served ROTTEN, the smell that came out was soo strong. we told the waiter and ask him to smell the meal and he agreed, it was no good. he went away to go let his manager know and actually never came back to us. we saw him on the floor serving others, walking very far from us. we asked another waiter to call him. then finally he approaches us and says the manager says you'll get a discount. Get a discount? on a ROTTEN meal? we asked for water and the bill. Per this bill, the meal was discounted at 50%. We still didn't get why we had to pay at all for a ROTTEN meal we couldn't eat, Shocking!! We asked to see this manager who wanted us to pay 50% for a rotten meal, this manager comes and insults us by saying "Lamb tastes this way". hay ke, wonders never end! we refused to pay for the chops and paid for everything else and finally got some "apology".
