Kfc's service delivery is poor. Can they please put up a notice of what is not available before one enters the drive through. There's nothing as irritating as waiting in a slow long drive through and when you finally get to the window to place an order and you told they don't have it! No matter whether it's ice cream or whatever. A number of times this happened, you wait and wait only to be told it's out of stock. The manager can definitely try to be as innovative as simply putting up a notice before we waste time for nothing.
