I have had many a meal at KFC in my life and the service and speed of the staff is something that is left to be desired. But last night was the final nail in the coffin.
After work proceeded to go to KFC at about 11:15pm and wanted to enjoy a good rounder, chicken and chips.
There was about 5 cars ahead of me, proceeded to place my order at 11:40 - 25 mins to place an order - . Another 20 mins to receive my order - Again.
Then go receive my order, staff shows little interest in there jobs and with sullen faces gave me my meal.
Well the quality of the meal is probably the worst I have ever had in my entire life. No salt and tomato sauce given, container of mash and gravy had 75% gravy and 25% mash, chicken was burnt and tasteless.
Also surely if you know you are going to be busy you ensure that you have enough fresh items prepared in order to fill the demand. Also think the staff need a wake up call about service and professionalism. I know this might fall on deaf eyes, but you never know.
