I bought KFC for the family last night. Hawaiian Twister, Chicken dried out, definitely not fresh. Mash and Gravy x 3, Gravy Burnt. Coleslaw x 2: Disgusting, old, dried out. Fully loaded box meal, and Zinger box meal: Again, old chicken. Chips, old, oily, disgusting. The one burger was put into a box that had crayon drawings on the inside. Even the lettuce was old! Almost no sauce on the burgers. In the Zinger box, old oily chips that was put into a container that had old tomato sauce stains on the inside. Old sprinkle pops without the sprinkles. The branch told me to bring it back, they messed up, but I have to make an effort to rectify something that never should have left their premises in the first place. I asked the manager to come and collect, she informed me that she doesn't have a car. How would they rectify the old stock that they served the customers? How long would I have waited for the fresh food to be made? Shocking that they would take money for the foul food they served. They did not resolve my complaint, so I had to make some food to get my kids fed. The longer I wait, the more upset I get. Get back to me TODAY.
