We called KFC Kollonade to order for delivery they said deliveries closed so we walked to the KFC stood in the rain in the drive thru, We ordered a variety bucket with chips and 4 zinger box meals, 2 mash n gravy, we walked back to our hotel. When we were eating we found that there was no pops, no chips and mash n gravy inside the box meal, the 6 pieces chicken was all the back pieces.the chicken was very dry and hard not sure if it was over-fried or just from very early in the day.what a way to waste money, if they gonna run a 24hr store they should ensure the staff are not sleeping inside like we saw lastnight or maybe drunk people buy at night so that's why they do it intentionally. Well overall experience food service is terrible
