I enjoy KFC... well I should say that I did enjoy KFC. I keep hoping the service will get better, as well as the food, but to no avail. I have had many bad experiences with KFC in Worcester from wrong food being given, finding out something I ordered is not in the bag, old lettuce and tomato, being told (after waiting 20 minutes in line) that there is no white sauce or being told there are no burgers at all or there is no ice-cream and therefore no desserts can be made... to top it off I have received raw chicken!!!
Last week, my husband was away on business so I thought I would treat myself to some KFC and was once again disappointed. The drive through took longer than it would have if I had walked in (and there were only 4 cars - myself included, but I patiently waited. I placed my order for a fully loaded box meal. When I got home (which is about a 3 minute drive from KFC) I found that the chips were cold, there was no spoon for my mash and gravy, no salt, no tomato sauce or serviettes, I had to rearrange my burger as the box had not been closed properly so it had fallen apart (not to mention the fillet was incredibly dry) and the gravy had spilled into the box and bag as it was
