Went to Steers Drive-Thru in Krugersdorp and was assisted by Zethu, I ordered two Bacon, Cheese and Avo combo meals when she asked if I wanted extra cheese, knowing from past experience that they do put the extra cheese even when you said no I made it very clear that i do not want the extra cheese. After almost 30 minutes patiently waiting for my meal, I took my meal and left without needing to check if everything was in order. When I got home I discovered that not did they put extra cheese in both meals but the was no bacon in my meals. When I called the outlet and asked to speak to "Happy" the manager and explained what happened, his response did not even sound empathetic or try to come to a resolution. This is the second incident in the same place where they mess the order and don't show remorse.
