Went to Chicken Licken about 3 weeks ago and for the second time in less than a week (I really used to like them) they had NO CHICKEN WINGS - THEIR STAR PRODUCT.
I called the manager after the staff just replied "EISH". The manger blamed it on the delivery company. This happened on both occasions. No apologies.
Further more..The dive (fly)-through attendant (s) should be trained in customer relations and basic dialogue and etiquette. When you stop at the first speaker... All you here is "Eeelloooo" and then... silence/nothing else...
A good approach would have been "Good day; May I please take your order"
The staff inside should also receive training and know that it is rude to scream at each other (instead of talking softly and gently) and eat/chew on something whilst clients are waiting at the front desk and trying to engage in decent conversation and order placing...
Maybe these people just really don't care... I think a classic case of "pay peanuts... get monkeys".
They need to wake-up, as it is becoming just as bad as KFC across the road.
