On Tuesday 10/12/2013 at 19:30 Ms Deborah Gentleman refused selling me slyders and wings since it was time to close, surprisingly the store closes at 21:30. She was rude and forced us to buy mini loaf and chicken. we bought XL wings which were dry and did not get any sauce. This is the second bad service we experienced with your franchise (same problem at Boulders store).
