I was extremely dissapointed and disgusted by the attitude of the manager at Chicken Licken Gateway on reporting that the wings we were served was off. The chicken was so off that it had a terrible smell if brought close to the face. One of the wings had a red paste in it. The manager immediately dismissed the complaint saying that their wings were fine and that we would not get a refund. When I asked for the owners contact details she refused to give them. I am certain that I will never set foot there ever again and that this specific fast food outlet is giving the Chicken Licken franchise a bad name. I am so dissapointed, the wings were my favourite, but I doubt I will think about buying them again.
