I order very regularly from Chicken Licken Verulam, and I ordered lunch today, XL wings. The wings were delivered cold, so I called and asked for a replacement. Samir said no problem. I then called back to tell them to also replace the sauce (that comes with the XL hotwings) as I normally put them on my wings then start eating, however the manager told me if I put sauce on them, they wouldn't be able to replace them for me. After asking repeatedly why this was, he said that he can't sell them if they already have sauce on them. What is this??? Reselling old food? I then spoke to Samir, who told me that if the owner sanctioned it, he could replace my meal. Eventually my new food was delivered, piping hot, but absolutely dripping in oil. I eat at Chicken Licken regularly and the food that was delivered was disgusting. I ended up not bothering, and will not be returning to CL anytime soon if this is how they conduct business.
Absolutely sickening.
