I went to Chicken Licken today at 6pm to buy hot wings. I was told that they are finished, but I could see them on the display cabinet. I guess they were waiting for someone else. The cashier asked one of the cookers about the wings and he confirmed that there were 8 wings remaining. The cashier told me that I can get extra large wings, which I opted for. She then told me I would need to wait for 5 minutes for them after waiting for more than 15 minutes to place an order. Every time I go there they don't have wings. The service was so slow and the queue was starting out side. There was only one cashier working on a month end weekend. The manager didn't even bother herself to try to push the staff with the service, she came out and asked about someone who went out to some store. One lady was standing in front calling out orders was just busy yawning like she wanted to sleep. I believe if its month end there should be more staff scheduled and enough cooked stock to cover till the store closes.it doesn't mean if its almost time to close we must be served. I'm very disgusted with the service that I get, I'm no longer going to bother myself buying at the store.
